Most support runs on impressions. Ours runs on real information about how each person is doing and what fits them best, so decisions about goals, support, and next steps are based on what’s actually happening.
Schedule a ConsultationDeveloped by founder Jennifer Isenhour at Rite Passage, the EF Integration System™ turns weekly progress into consistent, quantitative measures across six areas of life: financial management, social connection, self care, mental health management, vocational and academic engagement, and service.
Each client’s goals are broken into concrete steps and scored every week. Those scores roll up into an overall picture of engagement in each area of life.
Over time, the data shows what’s working and where things are starting to slip, often before the person feels it. A dip in one area can signal that support should increase before a small setback becomes a spiral.
The same data guides scaffolding. Steady progress means support steps back; early warning signs mean it steps in, briefly, until things stabilize.
Clients own their data. Every client takes part in a weekly self-inventory: recognizing wins and struggles and resetting for the week ahead. Over time, they learn their own early warning signs. With the client’s consent, progress is shared with family and care teams. Some clients and families also choose to pair weekly goals with a goal-based incentive; it’s optional.
Finding the right work starts with understanding the whole person. The Greenwood System 120™ is an online career assessment that combines abilities, interests, values, and personality to identify careers that fit. Rite Passage founder Jennifer Isenhour is certified in the Greenwood System and walks each client through their results.
Because the assessment looks at the whole person, clients come away knowing not just which careers fit, but why, which builds confidence in the choices they make.
Sleep, recovery, heart rate variability, and daily strain help clients see how habits affect energy, stress, and mood, and learn when to push and when to rest.
Coordinated with each client’s own medical providers, so physical factors that affect focus, mood, and energy get checked instead of assumed.
